Reydon Village Hall
Reydon Village Hall is a popular hub of our community, with many local events taking place here.
It is located on Lowestoft Road (by the junction at Covert Road – IP18 6RF).
Reydon Village Hall is available to hire 7 days a week, daytime and evenings.
It is suitable for parties, dances, music events, meetings, corporate events, fundraising activities and much, much more.
The Loftus Room is dual purpose and can be used as a meeting room
available for separate hire and can seat 10-12 people comfortably.
It can also be used as part of a main hall hire as a bar or refreshment space.
Built in 1977 Reydon Village Hall is undergoing an extensive refurbishment and modernisation.
The main hall has all new heating and lighting, has been fully redecorated with new curtains and blinds,
and a refurbished floor.

Reydon Village Hall is a charity (Registered Charity number: 1013938) and run by volunteers.

The Hall
The newly refurbished space is approximately 11 by 8 metres including a stage with curtains.
There is a full range of sizes of table available and 100 chairs.
It has a brand new overhead heating system and fans.
Other Facilities
The kitchen has a full range of crockery, cutlery, fridge, oven etc.
There is a hatch from the kitchen to the hall space and a bar space from the kitchen into the Loftus Room.
There is a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities as well as women’s and men’s toilets.
A defibrillator is provided outside the front of the hall.
Bookings Secretary Wanted!
Reydon Village Hall Management Committee is looking for a volunteer to deal with hall bookings.
The role includes booking in and invoicing hall users, dealing with their needs,
timetabling in cleaning, being a trustee of the RVHMC
and attending or reporting to the bi-monthly committee meetings.

Additional Tai Chi Session
We will be adding a second session to our Tai Chi on a Tuesday.
With effect from Tuesday September 29th
Additional session 13.45pm to 14.45pm

Reydon Christmas Lights 2026 Event
10th Reydon Scarecrow Trail
September 12th And 13th
All Weekend
2026 is the 10th Reydon Scarecrow Trail year and we would love you to be a part of the trail.
Running all weekend 12th and 13th September, with Reydon Village Hall as the starting point, we hope to have a wonderful trail all around Reydon but this cannot go ahead without your help and support! We need you to make a scarecrow and display it outside your property.
We are celebrating the 10th trail so you could maybe use that as your theme? Or dig out an old one that you have used previously or come up with a new one. Anything goes! But we need you to commit to having a scarecrow now even though the trail isn't until September so we can plan the route and get the programme printed in good time.
Closing date for applications is 1st July but please get your forms in as soon as possible!
